Appointments for 1–4. A nonrefundable $45 per-guest payment secures the confirmed time. One basic headwear item and standard customization are included. Appointment bookings do not include private use of the studio.
Private groups for 5–20. A signed agreement and 50% nonrefundable reservation retainer secure the confirmed date and package.
Final details. Private-group final balance, guaranteed guest count, sizes, colors and menu selections are due 10 calendar days before the event.
Timing. Event time includes arrival, activities and departure. Late arrival does not extend the reservation. Approved overtime is $75 per hour.
